Located in the Prati district of Rome, the GR Apartment by 123ArchitectureOffice reinterprets a classic early 20th-century dwelling. The original brick-vaulted ceiling with exposed metal beams was restored as a defining feature. A sculptural spiral staircase in bright lemon-yellow resin becomes the focal point of the space—both functional and artistic—anchoring the home’s modern character within its historic shell.
